Meet the Newest Raider
A new Toyota Hilux 2.8 joins our Group R Photographer Raiders. That means more dates, more adventures and fewer “sorry, we’re fully booked” emails.
Somewhere between Sossusvlei and the Okavango, there’s a sunrise with your name on it, and our newest 4×4 can’t wait to take you there.
Meet the latest addition to the TechPro Safari fleet: a new-model Toyota Hilux joining our Group R Photographer Raiders. It has just rolled out of the fitment centre gleaming, and this is honestly the cleanest it will ever be. Give it a few weeks and it’ll wear Kalahari dust and Caprivi mud like a badge of honour.
It’s all because of you
This vehicle is here because of you. Our Raiders have been booked back to back, and too often we’ve had to tell travellers their dates were already taken. Every returning guest, every friend, colleague and family member you’ve sent our way, and every “you have to use TechPro” shared around a braai/bbq is what grew this fleet. So, from all of us: thank you.
And if you’ve been waiting for availability, one more Raider means one more set of keys ready for your trip.
Same Raider, a little more muscle
If you’ve travelled in one of our Photographer Raiders before, you’ll feel right at home. It has the same trusted setup, now with a 2.8-litre diesel engine for long sandy stretches and fully loaded climbs:
- AluCab rooftop tent with bedding for two
- Electric sunroof, so you can stand up and photograph wildlife without a window frame in the shot
- 130L fuel tank plus two 20L jerry cans for long, empty roads
- Fridge, full camp kitchen, table and chairs
- Tracks4Africa GPS, winch, recovery gear and two spare wheels
Where will it go first?
Maybe an Etosha waterhole at dusk, with elephants coming into drink. Maybe a Delta campsite where the only sound is hippos grunting in the dark. Or a Namibian road so quiet you’ll forget what traffic sounds like.
We don’t know yet. But we started TechPro Safari because we love this continent, its wildlife, its stillness and its wide-open roads, and nothing makes us happier than sharing it with you. Our newest Raider is ready to get dirty. Is it your trip it’ll take first?
